The final ruling on the carbon monoxide monitor is out!!! There is NO requirement for the monitors to be installed in all tenant occupied housing. Selling a home is a different story.: ALL SELLERS OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MUST INSTALL CARBON MONOXIDE MONITORS PRIOR TO CLOSING. No one expected this ruling to be as written.
